Network+/Telecom Schedule

The schedule below is general guideline of how the course material may be presented. It is important to remain focused on student competencies and comprehension of the subject matter. There will also be LABS or hands-on time as we learn what components we'll be handling and how it fits in to the conceptual network. Each device has a critical role, a specific function and a contribution to the operation of the network in a Telecom environment.

Students must not only learn about the hardware but also the Windows Server operating System (OS). The Net+ certification focuses on various Windows Server OS's and their administration. Network troubleshooting skills and client communications will be taught throughout.

Students have been supplied with a Net+ Test bank to help them prepare for their A+ exams. Each student must study outside of class to achieve success in their Certification testing. An electronic copy of their textbook has provided via the Student Resources Link to the left.
